Heavy Metal Thunderpicking is the new full-length album from Italian metal group Sacro Ordine (full name: Sacro Ordine dei Cavalieri di Parsifal) and it represents the band’s comeback into the music market since their first work in 2005. Inspired by Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Dio, Doomsword, Manowar and Candlemass, Heavy Metal Thunderpicking continues the band classic heavy metal tradition. Ace Of Clubs, Fate’s Embrance and Stripes On The Sand are epic songs in the tradition of Manowar and Black Sabbath, which will immediately capture and thrill the listener. More evocative and intriguing pieces such as The Blood Of Your Roots, Tears Of Lightand Four Kings portray a more doom-ish touch from the band, whereas Earthshaker and Endless Worm represent the “fast and violent” side of the band with zero compromises and iron fists.
