BRAINSTORY – Home Alone
Brainstory’s new single “Home Alone” is singer Kevin Martin’s ever-so-relatable tribute to time spent by himself — time that, by today’s standards, might get labeled “disconnected,” but is, in reality, anything but. It’s a quiet celebration of solitude: the kind of stillness that lets you actually hear yourself think, recharge, and reconnect with what matters.
Musically, the track carries that same easy, unhurried intimacy, letting the arrangement breathe the way only Brainstory knows how. It’s the third single off their forthcoming EP Shoebox Days, and another window into the warmth and depth the fellas captured at their beloved (and now shuttered) Long Beach studio, The Shoebox.
